AZURE recently supported the successful sale of the Cegelec Head Office in Zwijndrecht. Acting as asset manager on behalf of the seller (an SPV of Monument Immo Management), our expertise and experience played a key role in guiding the transaction process from positioning to closing. The asset was acquired by family office RVM Invest, marking the beginning of a new chapter for this long-term leased property.
This transaction highlights AZURE’s role as a trusted partner, translating complexity into a clear strategy and ensuring a smooth, well-coordinated execution throughout the process in which all stakeholders worked closely together to achieve a balanced and efficient outcome.
