AZURE advised on two strategic transactions in the Belgian market, combining integrated asset management and strategic transaction advisory to create value for sellers, buyers and each asset.
ARVAL HQ Offices Creating value ahead of a strategic exit
Acting as asset manager on behalf of the seller, AZURE supported the successful disposal of the SPV holding the ARVAL BNP Paribas Group headquarters in Zaventem.
Prior to the transaction, significant value was created through lease re-gearing, execution of the CapEx plan and strategic transaction advice.
The asset was successfully acquired by SmartUnit, a private investment fund, with the long-term lease structure providing continuity for the next ownership phase.
UPS Diegem Customer Center From strategic positioning to closing
Supporting the seller throughout the disposal process, AZURE combined asset management and transaction advisory to position the UPS Diegem Customer Center for a successful sale.
The transaction aligned the seller’s strategic objectives with a value-accretive acquisition by VMF Real Estate, the real estate investment vehicle of family office VMF Invest.
